FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Vinit Trehan is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a graduate from Rajiv Gandhi National Law University, Patiala, Punjab. He is a first-generation lawyer and has a dedicated pan India ‘Clientele’ including High Net Worth Individuals and Corporate Clientele that have stood with the Firm since its inception. He practices across all courts in Delhi NCR and has represented the Clientele before various forums concerning disputes in areas including Insolvency Law, Arbitration [Domestic and International], Corporate Commercial Matters, Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law, etc. He has also advised various High Net Worth Individuals in disputes concerning Wealth and Estate planning, Family Business Succession and Matrimonial issues. He is reckoned and engaged for his skills in the conduct of trials at the Civil and Criminal side.
He is a Standing Counsel for various banks and financial institution such as – ‘Central Bank of India’, ‘SBI Life Insurance’, etc. He is also on retainer ship basis with various Multi-National Corporations and has played a pivotal role in the formulation of result oriented legal strategy for the Clientele. He has been appointed as Local Commissioner by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Trademark disputes. He has been a part of the advising committee involved in the drafting of - “Handbook of Procedure for Company Prosecutors” released under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India. He is a guest lecturer at various National Law Schools and Private Law Schools pan India.

Mr. Apar Chopra is a law graduate from Delhi University and is also a Company Secretary. He is Central Government Pleader for Union of India before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. He has an un-paralleled track record in handling and preparing legal strategies in Civil and Criminal matters. His background in accounting and corporate secretarial practice empowers him to deal economic frauds with razor sharp precision. He has successfully dealt with the executive machinery at the investigative stage including Economic Offense Wing [EOW], various police stations across Delhi NCR. He has played a pivotal role in helping the Firm scale up the ladder. His legal advice is highly revered by the clients as the same is based upon practical insights woven with prudence to provide holistic and commercially viable results for the clients. He has been associated with the Firm for more than 7 years and continues to play a formidable role for the Firm.
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Mr. Aditya Trehan completed his law graduation from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies wherein he specialized in Energy Laws, including but not limited to Oil and Gas Laws, Electricity Laws, Mining Laws etc. His work transcends transaction, advisory, compliance and litigation support, as well as drafting of commercial agreements, related documentation and supporting clients in due diligence proceedings. Before joining Adyant Legal, he was associated with a leading law firm in Dubai, UAE, wherein he assisted overseas clients and advised businesses on the impact, interpretation and implementation of new and changing policies and legislations all around the globe. He has an active International and Domestic ADR practice. He has been involved in the resolution of major disputes between private corporate giants, and handles international commercial, maritime and domestic arbitrations. His strategic thinking, ability to demystify and resolve complex legal issues resulted in huge cost savings and avoidance of unquantifiable reputation risk for his clients. He has handled negotiations and settlement of high-value deals in different corporate spheres.

Mr. Kunwar Karan Singh is an alumnus of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi wherein he specialized in Business Laws and Commercial Transaction. He possesses excellent oratory skills as well as perceptible court presence. He maintains meticulous drafting skills and a constant zeal to learn and adapt to new facets of law.
He commands an impeccable hold over trial litigation across diverse areas of law. As part of the Firm’s Practice, he has extensively researched and advised numerous clients in SARFAESI proceedings, Insolvency matters, commercial and corporate transaction, heinous crimes as well as white collar crimes, consumer complaints and labour matters.

Mr. Bhavya Jain is a first-generation lawyer, graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University wherein he specialised in Criminology and Socio-Economic Offences. He has been ardently representing the clients in various proceedings including civil disputes, commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, banking matters, complaints u/s 156(3) CrPC, Negotiate Instruments Act, Payment and Settlement Systems Act and Consumer Protection Act.
He is fuelled by his passion to understand the nuances of the legal system, and this has paved the way for his continuous learning and growth in this field. Authenticity is a part of his core value system, and it reflects upon everything that he does.
